Blog #6 - Perks of Being a Wallflower
Charlie's friends are moving away at the end of the story. Where does this leave Charlie? Has he changed or grown over the course of the novel or has he stayed the same as when we first met him? Do you think he can he make new friends? (1 paragraph - use specific quotes from the last chapter in your answer.)

The fact that Charlie's friends are moving away it leaves Charlie in a position that now he has to handle everything on his own, his friends wont be completely there anymore.
ReplyDeleteCharlie has grown and he did change, he matured very much. I do not think that Charlie stayed completely the same since the beginning of the book, he has grown up and he learned from his mistakes from the past, from all of his bad and good experiences in life.
I think that Charlie can make new friends, if he tries and just being Charlie.
many new people will accept him just the way that he is, no matter what his past was.
Some parts of Charlie are still the same, he is still not one hundred percent recovered from his past, but at the end of the book it somehow works out.
ReplyDeleteCharlie is working on the change, on changing himself (walking away from his past).
